archiPELI is led by Mr. Fred Perez, Jr., AIA., Principal and CEO. Mr. Perez is one of the firm's founding members and brings over 27 years of experience in a large range of commercial, educational, and governmental projects for clients such as: the City of El Paso, Sun Metro, Ft. Bliss Corp. of Engineers, El Paso Water Utilities, El Paso Electric Company, Housing Authority of El Paso, Maverick County, the University of Texas at El Paso, Sul Ross State University, El Paso Community College, El Paso, Socorro, Ysleta & Clint Independent School Districts, Tropicana Properties & Tropicana Homes, Inc., Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo-Tigua Indian Tribe, and Planet Fitness Facilities throughout El Paso and several Medical and Industrial Facilities, as well as other clients in the Private sector.
His experience includes notable projects such as New Recreation Centers for Eastwood Park and Marty Robbins, AB Fall Mansion Remodel, Irving Schwartz Library Improvements, the Mission Valley Transit Terminal & Visitor’s Center, and the Bert Williams Downtown Santa Fe Transit Terminal.
